How long does it take to return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your product, regardless of the delivery method you chose.

 

How do I return an item from metropolitan France?

Step 1:

  • Log in to your personal account
  • Go to the "My returns" category
  • Click on "Make a return" then "Return my order”
  • Complete the online return request form attached to your order

Step 2:

  • The request must be accepted by the customer service.
  • Once the request has been accepted, we will send you a Colissimo return label by email

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, etc.). How do I return an item from a guest account ?

If you placed an order with a guest account, it is necessary to contact us so that we can transform your guest account into a customer account. Once your account has been transformed, you will now have access to the Returns section of your account.

  

Who pays for the return postage?

For metropolitan France, the return costs are at our expense, once the return form has been completed online.

Outside metropolitan France, the return costs are your responsibility, unless it is an error on your order or a defective item. In this case, please contact our customer service via the contact form in order to receive your return label.

Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange, refund, or credit a credit to your account according to your instructions completed in the online return form.

 

How long does it take to process returns?

Returns are processed upon receipt of the package containing the returned items within 15 days. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method of the order.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months. For an order paid by gift card or credit, the refund will be made in the form of a credit.
