What are the deadlines for returning an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your product, regardless of the delivery method chosen.

 

How do I return an item from mainland France?

1st step:

  • Log in to your personal account
  • Go to the “My returns”
  • Click on “Make a return” then “Return my order”
  • Complete the online return request form attached to your order

2nd step:

  • The request must be accepted by customer service
  • Once the request is accepted, we will send you your Colissimo return label by email.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, etc.). We reserve the right to refuse to process any return that does not comply with these rules.

 

How do I return an item outside mainland France?
  • Log in to your personal account
  • Go to the “My return” category
  • Click on “Make a return” then “Return my order”
  • Complete the online return request form attached to your order
  • The request must be accepted by customer service

How do I return an item from a guest account?

If you placed an order with a guest account, it is necessary to contact us so that we can convert your guest account into a customer account. Once your account is converted, you will now have access to the Returns section of your account.

 

Who covers the return costs?

For mainland France, return costs are our responsibility once the return form has been completed online.

Outside mainland France, return costs are your responsibility, unless it is an error on your order or a defective item. In this case, please contact our customer service by the contact form in order to receive your return label.

Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with the exchange, refund, or credit to your account according to your instructions completed in the online return form.

 

What are the return processing times?

Returns are processed upon receipt of the package containing the returned items within 15 days. Refunds will be made according to the original payment method of the order.

Credits will be valid for 6 months. For an order paid by gift card or credit, the refund will be made in the form of a credit.

 

My item has a defect
